Return Window

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn and unused.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
Proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fee

A $40 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover inspection, processing, packaging, and handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Personalized or custom pieces
Special order items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
